I made a mistake with my shipping address, and tried to fix it myself but was unable to, so I sent an email, and received a prompt reply informing me that my mistake would be rectified manually,; now I have been told things like this before on other sites, but they followed through which speaks volumes in todays world, as Arnold said i,ll be back 🙂

Delivery was bang on no messing around at all and customer support was good too via emails. And Discreetly packaged too .so far have viewed 2 of the 3 on glass slides under microscope one seems fine but second one definitely contaminated fingers crossed for number three

After ordering from a previous vendor I was hugely disappointed. So I decided to give MycoTown a go and so far it's doing nicely. I ordered a 3ml syringe but was sent a 10ml syringe, so I'm not sure if it was an error or an act of kindness. Either way thank you and I appreciate it. I'll definitely be using them again 🍄
