Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Yes we currently ship internationally. You may have to pay customs fee’s and or VAT depending on your countries policies. We can also receive payment in US dollars and Euro’s so please get in touch if you would like to pay in other currencies than GBP.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders in the UK will typically arrive within 2 business days. We typically drop orders off at the post office Monday to Friday. If you order on a Friday this means your order should be with you by Tuesday the following week. Please leave an extra day or so before getting in touch regarding your order delivery time. Any delays will be a result of Royal Mail or a problem with the order address.
International orders take from 3 – 7 working days depending on your location. A more accurate time frame will be suggested on the shipping option when placing your order.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking information.
My delivery address is wrong. How can I change it?
If your order has not been processed yet please contact us using the “Contact Us” page and we will do our best to change it for you. If your order has been processed i’m afraid the address can no longer be changed.
Can I pick my order up?
I’m afraid we do not offer this option at the moment. If we do make it possible to physically pick orders up you will see this option displayed at checkout.
What is the business name on packages you send?
MT Supplies. We keep all packaging very discreet
Is packaging discreet?
Packaging is kept very discreet. UK orders have no mention of contents or business name on the outside. International orders are marked as containing “microscopy sample” on the customs declaration.
Payments
What are the payment options
Authorised and regulated by the FCA, Yotta Pay provides a faster checkout experience with the same security features as your bank. There are no card details required and no bank details retained.
Direct Bank Transfer
Pay directly into our business bank account using your order number as the reference. Full instructions are provided when the order is made and this selection is chosen.
Can I pay with credit or debit card?
Yoppa pay essentially allows UK customer’s to pay using a debit/ credit. Due to restrictions imposed on business’s deemed high risk we are unable to accept credit or debit card payments via a payment processor such as Paypal. Historically it has been the same for CBD so this could change. Payments can also be made using bank transfer. International orders can only pay with bank transfer.
Can I call you to place an order OR ask questions?
Not at this time. We cannot accept payments over the phone and do not have the resourses to be fielding calls. Please use the “Contact Us” page for questons.
Products
How long will spores last?
Spore syringes should be used as soon as possible but will typically be fine for 6 months plus if stored correctly. Spore prints will last much longer when stored correctly and should be fine for years to come. Again the sooner you use the print the better. Fresh is best! Further information on shelf life/ storage can be found on each of the product pages.
Are mushroom spores sensitive to high heat or freezing?
Yes to both!
If you live somewhere with extreme weather please use your judgement when placing an order.
Are your products legal?
In the UK and most of the world – Yes. Please check the laws wherever you are before ordering. In the US Cubensis spores are legal in all states barr 3, namely the States of Georgia, Idaho and California. It is your responsibilty to check the law for your country. What is the most popular strain of Psilocybe Cubensis to study?
The most popular strain of Psilocybe Cubensis is the Golden Teacher. “Golden Teacher” and “magic mushrooms” are pretty much synonyms at this point.
Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please get in touch via the “Contact Us” page and we will take reasonable action. By reasonable we mean if it is clear there is an issue with the product we have sent out we shall replace it. If it is clear the product has been handled incorrectly or used inappropriately then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
